 Xi'an ENTASK Semi-Tec Co., Ltd., after five years of dedicated R&D, equipment manufacturing verification, and crystal growth process validation, has finalized its Fourth-generation MPCVD (Microwave Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition) production equipment. Concurrently, the company is mass-producing diamond materials, including:

High-quality, large-size diamond crystals (40+ up to 80 carats/crystal).

Optical-grade diamond windows (15*15mm / 20*20mm / 25*25mm / 30*30mm).

Diamond single-crystal heat spreader assemblies.

Diamond semiconductor materials.

The company has developed its proprietary 10KW/12KW/15KW microwave power supplies. The magnetrons demonstrate stable operation for up to 16,000 hours, supporting growth platforms ranging from 90mm to 100mm in diameter.

Leveraging self-developed software control systems with proprietary intellectual property rights, the company has implemented automated equipment control, centralized information processing, and remote operation capabilities. This significantly enhances the efficiency of process engineers.
